Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped to your door by standard Courier. We offer free shipping to all over north america. It typically takes one to two business days to process your order after your  paymentis received.
Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation to you, including tracking number(s) if provided by the shipper. Standard delivery time is 2-4 business days depending on the shipping address. In case of remote locations, delivery time may  bee up to 7 business days. If the shipper provides Track number ; Trace functionality then this information will be e-mailed to you.
If your order cannot be delivered, the shipping company will leave information of their visit, including a number to call. They will attempt to deliver once more at an agreed time. We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered of the buyer as specified at the time of Order. We are in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Due to COVID-19, all carriers have reported difficulty meeting shipping deadlines.

Because of increased safety requirements, reduced staff, and a sharp increase in deliveries, our carriers are reporting delays that may delay your delivery. Please note we make every effort to fulfill orders on the same day, thus reducing the risk of late delivery.

We use all major carriers including Canada Post, Fedex, and DHL to reduce the risk of delivery delays. We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.

We're doing our part to eliminate mail fraud and package theft.

We do not require signature upon delivery, and the delivery person may leave your package in a secure location such as a patio, porch, or doorstep. All deliveries are documented with photographic and GPS proof of delivery with date and timestamp.

Due to a recent wave of package theft, we are doing our part to help authorities identify problem areas. Please read the below details for further information should your parcel be stolen or missing:

  • You may request a signed delivery or that our selected deliver carrier not leave your item in a secure area. Please email support@mifo.us with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Should a package be stolen after documented delivery to you, we require the filing of a police report within 14 days of the documented delivery date before issuing a refund or replacement unit. Please scan and transmit a legible copy of the police report to support@mifoaudio.ca within 14 days of the original delivery date. No refunds or replacement units will be issued after this initial 14-day period has elapsed.
