I am happy to be able to replace just one earpiece, I had problems pairing the 2 headphones and after about twenty tests everything works very well.

Easy!

I lost one earbud at the dog park and it was nice to only have to buy the one! Shipping was fast considering it's so close to Christmas. Both earbuds had to be completely charged before my phone accepted the pairing. I did do the simultaneous tapping 5 times when they were in the case as well. Easy setup and quick delivery! Very happy!

Finally received replacement and got them synced..

The description says the new ear bud will automatically sync with the existing one, maybe it’s just me but I didn’t have that experience. Finally found a YouTube video showing placing both ear buds in the case and tap them simultaneously 5 times. They synced right up and work like a champ. July 6 email asking for help went unanswered for some reason. Mifo is usually great about communicating. Assuming it’s just fallen through the cracks and it certainly wouldn’t prevent me from buying again. These bluetooths are the only ones I’ve bought that don’t hurt my ears, work for long hours out in the hot sun all day and have a rugged charging case. We have 3 pairs in the household and they’re all in use every day.

Earbud is fabulous. The only issue was the wait to receive it as it was back ordered.

Love 'em but lost one.

These sound great. Occasionally I'll put on a cheaper set of buds and the difference is huge., But hey do fall out. And I lost one. So now I have to order another one. I think all bud in this style will fall out. If you want something that will not fall out, you will need to find something with extra apparatus to help keep it in place.
