The heat helps relax tight muscles. Its hot enough to feel it but not so hot it burns
Does exactly what I need it to.
The heated massage head is a great upgrade. Heat is minimal through clothing, but just right on direct skin contact. Metal head seems to be non-reactive, but couldn't find the type of metal used in the instructions. Looks like stainless, but could also be aluminum. Great addition to the kit, and fits well in the carry case that comes with the massager, although there is no extra slot for it in the case with the other heads.
I ordered the accessory heat warming with my percussion massager and I would advise anyone to purchase it for their massager. It warms up quickly and feels great while massaging your self.
